Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.aachera.com website operated by AAChera Atelier.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


Processing time 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, we require 24 to 48 hours (2 business days) to process all orders. Orders are processed and dispatched between Mondays to Friday. 

If you have any specific delivery instructions, please add it as a note to your order. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery.

 All stock items are shipped within 2 – 7 business days after payment has been made and verified. Please enter the correct delivery address , AACHERA will not be held responsible  for any undelivered parcels, or parcels delayed  on  transit due to incorrect details.

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer up to 14 working days.

Shipping costs 

We ship worldwide from Nairobi, Kenya!

Domestic shipping / delivery rates (Kenya)

This based on the region location that you’re in. Before the final checkout of your order you will be shown what the cost of delivery will be.

International shipping costs (Global) 

We are shipping internationally using DHL Express. The actual costs depend on your country of residence. Delivery times may vary, depending on the order procedures and unfortunately this is beyond our control and therefore we cannot assume any responsibility due to custom authority delays.

 International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient/ customer. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.



AACHERA does not issue cash refunds on returns. Items returned outside the 7 day period from day of purchase, may not be accepted. We can issue you with a store credit which can be used to purchase a different item on the online store (replacement sizes are subject to stock availability). 

Domestic returns (within Kenya)

We will exchange any item you are not completely happy with for another item of same value within 7 days of the date of purchase. Items must be accompanied by original receipt, and must be unworn and unwashed, as you received it, perfect condition with all swing tags, attached and intact including packaging. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

International Returns

Unless a product is faulty or damaged, we do not accept international returns as (re-)imports would be subject to duties and taxes at reimport. Therefore we encourage confirmation of sizing and product before purchase.

In the event a return is approved, within 14 days from date of purchase, please email info@aachera.com with your order number. Please note the cost of sending back the product is at the customer’s expense and original shipping costs as well as import duties and other levies are non-refundable.  You will then receive your refund as a store credit to your AACHERA account. 


Refunds will only be initiated under the circumstance that the product/s ordered are out of stock or sold out. Once the refund is approved, the process will take about 7-14 working days unless otherwise stated.


Please note that if your order is within the processing time or has been shipped out, you will no longer be able to cancel the order.


 We offer multiple payment options based on where you are and what’s convenient, we would like to make this as smooth as possible. All payments through the site are processed by one of the following options below.


If you’re in Kenya and would like to pay via MPESA, please click MPESA and follow the instructions to pay using our PAYBILL Number. Please use your name for the Account Number. Once you receive your confirmation email from us, please respond with your MPESA confirmation code. Orders will only be fulfilled upon confirmation of MPESA payment.
